FAQs
Can we tour the venue?
Absolutely! We offer all our couples interested in the Bouquet Package a chance to tour. We do require that you fill out our Wedding Questionnaire form before setting one up. Once this is done we can arrange a date and time that is convenient. Weekend tours will be limited to off season only. During busy times weekdays will be only opportunities for tours.
We can also offer virtual tours to couples unable to attend in person.
Seed Package couples please refer to the Fall Virtual Tour starting at the 2:13 mark to get a good idea of the venue layout and areas to use for your timeframe. We are currently not offering in person tours for Seed Packages. Feel free to send any questions you may have about the package or bloom times and we will be glad to go over them.
Can Wildflower Farm hold the date your interested in?
Unfortunately we cannot hold dates without the non refundable booking fee being paid. We are a first come first serve business. We get local couples, as well as couples from all over the country. Some schedule tours, do our virtual tours, and some book sight unseen. With flexibility for your dates and the possibility to have weekday weddings too, hopefully we can find what is ideal for you.
When do the flowers bloom?
We have flowers blooming frequently throughout the year in various beds, and are constantly adding new plants each season. Our mass plantings start to bloom in late June and will continue blooming right up until frost. Our peak blooms will be July and August.
What about directions to the venue?
The easiest way to come to Wildflower Farm is to use Google Maps. It should bring you right to us. The address is 268 Single Tree Ln Greeneville, Tn 37743. If you search Wildflower Farm, make sure you search Wildflower Farm in Greeneville, Tn. We want to make sure you come to the right venue! Also please take notice of the wildlife in the area. You and your guests are very likely to see multiple deer on your way in. Please use good judgment with speed as we want to keep neighbors, pets, and other guests safe.
Are there hidden fees?
No there are not. We do require a non-refundable booking fee. This is 50 % of the package total, and is applied to your total due.
What about a security deposit?
We do require a $500 Security deposit due by date on contract. This is refundable after owners have inspected property and no damage has occurred, as well as venue rules being followed.
What if I rent the chapel, can I also use the Glass House?
When you book with Wildflower Farm; (Bouquet Package) you are renting the entire venue. You will get to decide where the ceremony takes place, and then use the Glass House for the reception. It will not be broken up and priced differently for different locations. When you book here, you get the 4 plus acres to use!
Is 50 really your max?
Yes it is. We are a micro wedding venue. We are limited on parking, and cannot accommodate large crowds. On the plus side…this allows for an intimate experience for you and your guests.
Babies and small children that would sit on a parent’s lap do not count toward your total.
What about music at the ceremony and reception?
Wildflower Farm provides speakers for both the ceremony and the reception. Most couples will create custom playlists and send them to Lavender to coordinate playing during the celebration. With the intimate setting the speakers provided are more than enough to allow for a magical musical experience to accompany your wedding. The speakers are provided at no extra cost to our couples.
If live music is more your desire we have had many musicians play beautiful live music for the ceremony and for the reception. Depending on location of ceremony might help decide what type of instruments you may want. Woodland Window area is ideal for string instruments, while the Chapel and Mountain View can have instruments requiring power or without. We can always send recommendations for live musicians!
We ask that music be done by 10pm and guests departed by 11pm. Thank you
How much parking is available?
We can park 25 vehicles. We provide a parking attendant for a few hours prior to start of wedding to help maximize our parking area. We would encourage carpooling for those you invited that are willing and capable.
What about bugs?
Wildflower Farm is a beautiful venue set within nature, and with nature there are always things beyond our control. We do provide bug spray for you and your guests to use. We also have a few machines to try to mitigate the presence of any annoying insects. We try to avoid any aggressive treatment of our flower beds so as to protect and preserve as many natural pollinators as possible. You will encounter many forms of insects during bloom season, but know that they are busy collecting pollen and nectar and will pay no attention to you. There will also be tons of butterflies to experience. Understanding that you will be having a wedding in nature will allow you to prepare for all that nature offers.
What Venders can we use for catering?
Any Venders you want for catering is fine with us. If you want recommendations we would be glad to offer some.
Is alcohol allowed at the wedding?
A toast is permitted, but no vending and no open bars are allowed. Failure to follow the no alcohol policy will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
How long do we get the property when we rent it?
Seed Package couples get use of the venue (Cottage & Glass House excluded) for two hours. This is for Monday evenings only. Come and have your ceremony and pictures taken in that time frame.
The Bouquet Package will get use of the venue for 3 days from 11am on day one to 3pm on day three. This includes a two night stay connected to first and second day. The Bouquet Package is available Weekend and Weekdays from April-October. This package is for Tuesday-Thursday, and Friday- Sunday.
Can we have a rehearsal?

Is staying in the cottage an option?
Yes it is…a two night stay is included in the Bouquet Package. The Seed Package does not allow for an overnight option.
What about clean up after the reception?
We provide clean up after the reception! All we need from you is to know what you want to do with any leftover food and cake. We clean up the rest! This will allow you to spend quality time with your family and friends and then relax for the remainder of the evening without needing to deal with any mess.

Wildflower Farm now offers a golf cart to be used for our guest’s needs. We can run your guests needing assistance to the ceremony location and back to the Glass House for the reception. No extra charge for the use of the golf cart.
Is there a bathroom on the property?
There is a bathroom inside the cottage for our Bride’s and Bridal Party to use while getting ready. (Bouquet Package only) There is also our guest bathroom located inside our little cabin close to the Glass House.
Can our pet be a part of the wedding?
Yes, within reason….We have had several couples bring their dogs to take part in the ceremonies. The cottage is pet free, but the Cabin is pet friendly. So if your furry family is going to take part that is awesome! Just please remember they are not allowed in the cottage. Also someone will need to be responsible for their safety and security.
